- Challenges in product development and fundraising: Priyanjali’s main challenges in product development are recruiting skilled team members, creating a standout user experience, and executing effective distribution strategies. Additionally, fundraising has become more difficult due to the economic downturn. She shares how she navigates these complexities successfully.
- Using Trello: Priyanjali was all praises for her preferred project management tool, Trello. She highlighted its simplicity, efficiency, and visual appeal for managing tasks and projects. Through a screenshare, she showed how its intuitive interface allows easy creation of boards, lists, and cards that help keep everyone on the same page.
